Guarantee Policy
At Saltara Recruits Ltd, we conduct interviews with all potential candidates prior to their registration. Eligible workers must complete a right-to-work application form and provide necessary identification and licenses, which are securely stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
Additionally, all eligible workers undergo psychometric and Basic English testing for compliance and health and safety reasons. For driving professionals, there is also a manual/digital tachograph questionnaire and a road signs test with a set pass rate. Drug and alcohol testing is available upon request.
